currently, macaroon is my fav teatime treat..saya lagi suka pavlova but hardly to get; not reachable for me..i usually get macaroons at Babycakes, G Tower after work..senang, on the way back from work, singgah ampang park station..so far, saya dah cuba macaroons from 2 different bakers; satu lg from Harrods..tak sedap compared to Babycakes's pastu filling dia melting tak tentu pasal :p Babycakes punya tahan lama, sampai one week pon ok lagi kalau simpan at room temperature..dah lama discover kedai yang lain pulak, Nathalie's @ Solaris Dutamas tapi belum ada chances untuk pegi..
last week, masa on the phone dengan Mama, dia cerita my cousin nak masuk baking class sementara tunggu offer masuk university..i asked Mama whether she wanted to learn baking cupcakes? Mama jawab, 'Eh, sekarang ni tak main la cupcakes..macaroons pulak'..haha..it's good that my mom knows macaroons :) since kat JB susah nak cari, i bought a box of macaroons for them (of course Adik is included)..actually, Mama dah plan nak pegi class buat macaroons tu tapi cikgu Nomie dah tak mengajar lagi kat JB..dengan cikgu tu la Mama belajar buat kek lapis sarawak :) tetiba macam berminat pulak nak pegi class dia..anyone interested? here it is; Nomie's Cakes by Piqa Bakery
p.s: will drop by Babycakes after work today but don't worry they are not for me ;)

kak farah. totally agree with u! macs from babycakes r the best! compared to levain yg besar skit je tp flavour kurang n manis gile! hehe..habis la i...mknan kegemaran yg berkalori tinggi...ahaks..
hehe..so far mmg babycakes yg terbaik..filling die pon best..complete taste! satu lg, molten lava kat OU pon tak best..suka mencairkan diri jugak..babycakes k.farah bole simpan almost a month! elok lg..adda try la sume flavour die..sume sedap2..i love green tea :) opss, bahya2! :p
