shopping?

today sy bangun awal..so impressed..hehe..kalau tak kerana nak kuar pagi ni,sy still kt atas katil=p..at 9.30am i went to IKEA with mama,knxt and adik..actually last 2 weeks mama dah pegi IKEA ngn abah beli barang2 utk rumah kt JB..but then mama noticed ade a few things terlupe nk beli..thats why arini kitorg ke IKEA,nk beli barang2 yg tertinggal tu..knxt tak sihat semalam..die demam..syukur arini macam dah kebah sket..sy cukup risau kalau die sakit!i luv him so much:)

sampai je kt IKEA,mama terus looking for all those things..barang2 yang nak dibeli tak banyak pon such as tea pot,bowl,etc..sy plak tompang beli face towel..tgh mama pusing2 kat situ,sy ngn knxt amik kesempatan bersembang about our future life..ececeh..konon2 kawen nnt nk beli ikea bed;)..dlm mase yg same jugak kitorg terpakse melayan kerenah adik..si faqihah tu..mengada2 betol!luckily knxt ade,sy memang tak kuase nk layan si gedik tu=p

i ask him to buy me that red pillow=p

after shopping kt IKEA,kitorg terus pegi lunch @ Kayu Nasi Kandar TESCO just in front of IKEA..ish..ni tahap lapo bebenor dah ni..kitorg tak breakfast pon td..sy ngn knxt first time mkn kat that mamak's..mama yg bawak..die selalu mkn situ ngn abah..pd sy,tak sedap pon..jauh lg sedap PELITA Nasi Kandar especially the honey chicken..hmm..bestnyeee..perut dah kenyang,so kitorg bergerak balik..err before balik kitorg singgah The Curve..window shopping jer..adik nak earrings plak so mama bought 4 pairs for her..die punye earrings collection semua have gone..misplaced agaknye..she is kinda nyanyok..haha..

oh ye..mase kt IKEA td ade org courier called mama..yeay!parcel mama dah sampai..tp takde org kt rumah plak so mama suruh that guy hantar balik at 3pm..that guy hantar jugak petangnye tp lambat sket..that parcel consists of new bawal tudung for mama..at last dapat jugak mama nak pakai that tudung mase my bro's convocation nnt..FYI,that tudung is the latest design of bawal tudung..harganye mencecah hundreds..tp sbb mama tempah dr her friend kt KB so dapatla lower price..what makes the tudung mahal is that its sulam is 100% hand sewed..very nice..

today is thursday..yeay!!!sy nak amik['beli' istilah sebenarnye] dress @ Carrefour the other day..around 6pm knxt pon sampai rumah then he brought me to the Carrefour..as promised,knxt paid for me..im soo happy!thanx honey;)

the sadness n happiness in me

IIUM undergraduate exam result was released yesterday..then my sad stories began..:(( result sy sgt teruk!!!paling teruk dlm sejarah my first degree i think..things had happen..sy perlu pandang kehadapan dgn usaha gigih lagi..bak kata bana,think positive!..sy bersyukur kesedihan sy ini dikongsi bersama beloved frens..[tenkiu bana & nini,and my honey too!!!]

since sy down semalam,sy ajak knxt kuar kononnye nk release tension and to forget all the past..oh ye!im so glad and bersyukur that his result was ok..far better than me!knxt bwk sy jenjalan around wangsa maju..bwk sy minum2 kt mali's corner then pegi ke carrefour plak..i push him to buy me a new dress for my bro's convocation!sy cume nk happy..sori sayang=p sy happy sgt bile die kata ok tp this thursday br dpt beli sbb tak 'masuk gaji' lagi..hehe..so die suruh sy intai2 dlu mane2 dress yg berkenan..later senang dtg beli..sy dah jumpe 4 pieces yg berkenan and knxt pon suke kesemua tu..at last,sy decided nk beli yg last tu since ade size kecik and design pon cantik especially the nice sulam!..all the prices lebih kurang je cuma yg last sy berkenan ni mahal sket tp akak kedai tu nk bg diskaun up to 25%..ish..mmg cantik laa so sy suruh akak tu reserve utk sy..tak sabar nk tunggu thursday..;)

lame jugak kitorg kt carrefour,then mama called suruh cari kotak kat carrefour tu..nk pack brg2 utk pindah nanti..insyaAllah on 8th dec nanti my family will move to JB..byk jugak kotak kitorg dapat..mak aih berat jugak kitorg bwk ke keta..perut pon dh lapar so before balik kitorg berenti kt nz untuk mengisi tank yg kosong tuh dan juga sempat membeli cleo december punye..hehe:)

sy nk share some recipes di sini..spaghetti bolognese dan laksa johor..cooking spaghetti bolognese is my expert;p..maklum la dh byk kali masak..credit to knxt's mum and aimi for the recipe..laksa johor plak sy amik dlm magazine mingguan wanita edisi khas raya..so u all better to have one the magazine sbb Laksa Shack bg pelbagai recipe of their laksa..slmt mencuba..


Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:
500g spaghetti
500g minced beef
2 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
2 table spoon cili boh
3 biji tomatoes [blend]
1 tin tomato paste
2 tea spoon oregano leaves [brand MasterFoods is recommended]
chili sauce
mayonaise
blackpepper
capsicums [green,red n yellow]
button mushrooms

Methods:
1.Tumis semua bawang yg telah diblend sehingga naik bau dan masukkan cili boh.
2.Setelah bahan tumis garing,masukkan daging dan kacau until half cooked.
3.Then tuangkan sume bahan seperti tomato,tomato paste,chili sauce dan oregano leaves.Jgn lupe sedikit garam dan gula.
4.Kacau sehingga mendidih dan masukkan mushroom,blackpepper and mayo.
5.Last skali masukkan capsicums tp jgn dibiarkan terlalu lama nnt hilang kerangupannye..then serve with spaghetti and some cheese..


Laksa Johor

Gravy:
500g ikan kembung [rebus amik isinya blend]
2 litre santan
40g udang kering direndam and blend
50ml air asam jawa
60ml cooking oil
50g daun kesum dikisar halus

Bahan blend:
6 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
2 tea spoon black pepper

Paste:
2 table spoon ketumbar
1 tea spoon serbuk jintan manis
2 table spoon serbuk kari
2 table spoon chili boh

Bahan hiasan:
timun,cili merah,bawang besar,daun selom,bunga kantan,kacang pjg,telur rebus,limau kasturi,lobak masin,tauge,hirisan daun kesum,sambal belacan

Methods:
1.Tumis bahan blend dan masukkan paste sehingga terbit minyak.
2.Masukkan santan dan kacau perlahan.
3.Masukkan isi ikan,udang kering dan air asam jawa.After a few mins,masukkan daun kesum.
4.Kacau perlahan then masukkan garam,gula,serbuk perasa dan biar didih.Hidangkan bersama spaghetti dan bahan hiasan..

menu arini ialah nasi kerabu dan moist choc cake..hmm sedapnyeee..sy dh melantap kedua2nye td..bkn sy yg buat tp mama..hehe..*wink*

new born

my cousin,kak tie and her husband got a new baby..born on 13th nov at 4pm++..oh ye!same besday with bana..the couple mesti hepi gile sbb kali ni dapat baby boy..bertahun lamenye tunggu kehadiran a boy in the family..the baby is their 5th child..namanye tak confirm lg tp along kata nama adiknye nik nazmi..so arini sy ngn mama ke bangsar pegi tgk baby tu..alahai..keciknye..kecik sgt..takot sy nk pegang..err mcm tak sabar nk dpt baby sendiri..hehe..:)

die tak byk kerenah..suke tido..sng hati mama ye..

at last dapat jugak sy buat laksa johor petang td..teringin nk try buat since raye aritu lg tp asyik tak berkesempatan..in fact,my open house the other day pon nk buat laksa johor tp tak berani sbb tak penah buat before..so arini baru dpt buat..resipi dok tersimpan lame dh..by Laksa Shack..

sebenarnye mama yg buat..hehe..sy cume tumis menumis je..mama prepared sume bahan2..sy handed over kt mama je sbb sy period pain..takde mood langsung nk dok dapur..sy jemput che yong dtg mkn..die bwk laila ngn ann skali ptg td..sambil mkn2 kitorg sembang2 jugak psl thesis..pastu sy jamu diorang ngn kuih raye plak..yg ni special sket from johor punye..Lavender Cake Shop..cookies die sume sedap2..

by d way,skang shop tu dh ade kt kl @ Pavilion..laila ngn ann pon ckp roti2 die mmg sedap..then i should go there..besides,sy nk try donut @ Pavilion..delicious tak hengat kata org!all about mkn mmg sy tak penah miss;p

end of semester

my last paper was on 12th nov last monday..tp arini baru blk umah..bosan jer dok kt uia tuh sorang2 tp takpe..knxt ade..so bole sy kuar2 selalu..bole bilang bape jam je dok kt uia tuh..hehe..siap pegi jusco 3 times in 2 days!

first pegi saje nk jln2 after blk dari suraya's open house tambah pulak knxt teringin nk minum kopi panas kt old town coffee..sy dh full sebenarnye tp tgk new mee jawa kt situ teringin plak..tahan nafsu ye!mlm tu plak sy pegi jusco lg..this time pegi sorg je..knxt anta sy kt jusco sbb die ade dinner kt wangsa melawati ngn bdk2 futsal QS..bro.hanz blanje!girls are not allowed~thats why sy di jusco:(

sampai jusco almost 9pm..perot dh bunyi2 tp takpe..nk window shopping dlu..ade satu baju sy aimed nk beli ptg td..knxt pon kata ok..so singgah kt tempat baju td tu..setelah belek2 every angle baju tuh sy rase tak ok plak..mcm kecik sgt and kaler die pon agak dull..so i made up my mind..no need to buy..hehe..kuar jusco dept store,sy masuk plak branded shoppe..dh berkenan satu baju romp tu..tp nk kena mtk opinion knxt dlu..sy berjalan lg ntah bape shop sy dh masuk..tetibe perot dh tak bole tahan..sy menuju ke old town coffee..terbayang mee jawa td..unfortunately,kopitiam tuh dh tak terima customer..pdhal lg half an hour nk tutup..sedihnye then terus call knxt suh amik sy blk..while waiting knxt sampai,sy sempat singgah the lingerie shop dan.....sy aimed one stuff ni..pierre cardin lingerie..sy mesti beli!

the next day sy pegi kaed jap..submit assignment to dr. abu eusuf..supposed to submit last monday..die komen2 plak so kena edit sket..mlmnye plak.. ke jusco lg..hehe..knxt tau ape yg sy nk..sy nk beli that stuff!teringat2 tdo semalam;p then i bought one set..suke!
